Our approach
We are a long-term investor with a rigorous approach to investment appraisal on entry. With our specialist team we are able to unlock complex investment and value enhancement opportunities. Through the life of our investments the team focuses on working closely with our partners, driving value accretive capex projects and delivering operational efficiencies – positioning our assets as best in class.
We review large numbers of opportunities and prioritise those where we opportunity to add value and build a strong relationship with the incumbent management teams.
Typical hotel investments
We are constantly searching for new hotel investment opportunities that fit the following criteria:
- Leisure hotels across Europe within close proximity to a well-served international airport
- Prime seafront locations or locations of particular interest
- Hotels operating under an existing management agreement or with near-term flexibility to sign a new agreement or vacant possession
- Hotels with over 120 rooms

Westfort Capital was established in May 2018 to acquire and reposition underperforming, distressed and underinvested hotels across the Mediterranean sun and beach markets.
We seek out high growth opportunities which complement our existing hotel portfolio.
